Our normal shipping schedule is same-day if we receive your order by 4:30PM Arizona time.  If you need next day, 2 day or 3 day delivery we’ll research the least expensive shipping option.

Fixed shipping costs are for the Continental U.S.  For orders outside the Continental U.S. (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska) and for International orders, we will always research the most cost-effective shipping method available for you.

We require a signature for delivery. If you think it would be safe to have your product delivered without a signature, please let us know in the special notes on your order and we will waive it for you.

Soft components (Nets, boundary lines, pole pads, pole pad covers and carrying bag) come with a 2-year warranty. We’ve known nets to last over 20 years with minimal care.We are also proud to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t love your product (you will), you can return it, no questions asked. Return shipping is not included.
